Do I need to register every time I request a prescription?

No, this only needs to be done the first time that you use the service. When collecting login details please bring a form of ID with you

Why can I not see all my medications on the repeat prescription list?

The doctor who prescribed your medication will decide whether it will be listed as a repeat medication on your records. This is a safety issue to ensure you are reviewed appropriately before any further medication is prescribed for you. If it is appropriate for you to order further prescriptions of the medication online it will be available for you to see and order when you login.

What is the Practice Dispensing Service?

Most patients who live more than a mile from a pharmacy can choose to have their prescriptions dispensed at the Surgery.

Our Dispensary staff will be happy to deal with any queries you may have about your medication or repeat prescriptions between 9:00am and 1:00pm each day. Most prescriptions issued during a consultation can be dispensed before you leave the Surgery. All dispensed items are checked by a doctor before issue.
